BEARING MANUFACTURING

We planned and implemented the transfer of an organization producing a line of maintenance-free bearing products from Pennsylvania to a facility in Indiana. The unit was included in a new joint venture between a German-based international automotive parts producer and a similar company based in Brazil. This required extensive coordination and communication skills.

We were given the responsibility for planning and implementing a start-up organization to produce German company's bearing product line in North America. We recruited and trained the staff and played a key role in the procurement and installation of the required manufacturing equipment.

ENGINE VALVE MANUFACTURING

We planned and implemented breakthrough technical production processes at an engine valve manufacturing business. With team-oriented training, the new productivity-enhancing technology we drove down unit costs and improved product quality and environmental efficiency.

COMPUTER SYSTEM MANUFACTURING

We planned the systems and procedures for the manufacturing and assembly operations of an extremely fast-growing computer company that designed and manufactured state-of-the-art computing systems for scientific research and integrated communications.
